Permission is granted to temporarily use our bulk downloader tool for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You agree not to use this service to:

• Launch Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against third-party servers.
• Bypass security measures or authenticate illegally into restricted servers.
• Download illicit, illegal, or heavily restricted materials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Core Gamix simply provides a conduit (a proxy and a browser-side archiver) to fetch URLs you provide. Core Gamix claims no ownership over the downloaded images. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have copyright permissions or Fair Use rights to download and utilize the images requested.

4. Service Availability & Modification

This application is provided primarily as open-source software that relies on the user's infrastructure (the local Node proxy). Therefore, Core Gamix guarantees absolutely no uptime for external API elements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the web component of the service without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and software on Core Gamix are provided on an 'as is' basis. Core Gamix makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Core Gamix and its operators from any claim or demand—including reasonable attorneys' fees—made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, particularly concerning copyright infringement.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing in this application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Core Gamix may make changes to the materials contained on its application at any time without notice.
